Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Information We Collect
TruePath Insurance Agency ("we," "us," or "our") collects personal information you voluntarily provide when requesting insurance quotes, including your name, email address, phone number, zip code, date of birth, and household size. We may also collect browsing data through cookies and analytics tools.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to connect you with licensed insurance agents, provide personalized insurance quotes, improve our services, and communicate with you about available coverage options. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information Sharing
We may share your information with licensed insurance agents and carriers to facilitate your quote request. We may also share information with service providers who assist in operating our website and conducting our business, provided they agree to keep your information confidential.
Advertising Measurement
We also use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. When you visit our site, Meta receives page views and browser identifiers (such as the _fbp/_fbc cookies, your IP address and browser type); when you submit a quote request, we send Meta a "Lead" signal with your email, phone, name and ZIP code in hashed (scrambled) form — never your coverage choice. Meta uses this to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. This is turned off for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada. To opt out, block cookies in your browser, adjust your Facebook ad preferences, or contact us to stop sharing your lead details with Meta.
When you arrive from a Google ad and submit a quote request, our site sends Google Ads a conversion signal (the ad click identifier, a cookie, and an anonymous request reference — never your name, phone, or email) so we can measure and improve our ads. This measurement is turned off for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada. You can limit ad personalization at Google Ad Settings, block cookies in your browser, and learn how Google uses data at Google Business Data Responsibility.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@truepathinsuranceagency.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA.
