How much do your services cost?

Our services are 100% free to you. Licensed agents are compensated by insurance carriers when a plan is purchased. You never pay more by working with an agent than by buying the same plan directly.

What is an ACA Marketplace plan?

ACA (Affordable Care Act) Marketplace plans are major medical health insurance policies that meet federal minimum essential coverage requirements. They cannot deny coverage for pre-existing conditions and cover the 10 essential health benefits.

Can I qualify for a subsidy?

When is Open Enrollment?

What's the difference between HMO, PPO, EPO, and POS plans?

Do you sell short-term health insurance?

Yes. Short-term medical plans provide temporary coverage between jobs or outside Open Enrollment. They are cheaper than ACA plans but do not cover pre-existing conditions and are not required to cover essential health benefits.

Yes. We offer standalone dental and vision plans that can be paired with a health plan or purchased separately, year-round.

Do you cover Medicare?

TruePath focuses on under-65 health, dental, vision, and supplemental products. We do not currently sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plans.

How long does enrollment take?

Most applications take 15–30 minutes with a licensed agent. Coverage can start as early as the first of the following month, depending on the plan type and enrollment date.

What information do I need to get a quote?

Basic household info: ZIP code, ages of everyone applying, estimated household income for the plan year, and tobacco use. That's usually enough to see rates and subsidy estimates.

Can I keep my doctor?

Every plan has a network. Before you enroll, your agent will confirm whether your preferred doctors and hospitals are in-network.

What if I already have insurance through my employer?

Accepted Answer

You can still shop the Marketplace, but you generally won't qualify for a subsidy if your employer offers affordable coverage. Short-term, dental, vision, or supplemental products may still be a fit.
