Our Commitment

TruePath Insurance Agency respects your right to privacy and your preference not to receive unsolicited telephone calls. We maintain an internal Do Not Call list in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule.

How to Opt Out

If you do not wish to receive telephone calls from TruePath Insurance Agency, you may request to be added to our internal Do Not Call list by:

• Calling us at (866) 245-5058 and requesting removal
• Emailing us at info@truepathinsuranceagency.com with "Do Not Call" in the subject line
• Writing to us at: TruePath Insurance Agency, 1655 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., Ste 620, West Palm Beach, FL 33401

Processing Time

We will process your Do Not Call request within 30 days of receipt. Once processed, we will not make telemarketing calls to the number(s) you have registered for a period of five (5) years.

Exceptions

Please note that this policy applies to telemarketing calls. We may still contact you regarding an existing policy, a pending application, or in response to a specific inquiry you have made.

National Do Not Call Registry

You may also register your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry by visiting donotcall.gov or calling 1-888-382-1222.
